The Photoboomers section of this website has frequent articles added on photography instruction. As much as possible, these articles are arranged in a sensible learning order. The articles may be categorized as follows:

GEAR - these are basic articles. They do not go into the all the differences of equipment. For example, they will not compare two similar cameras head-to-head. But they will lead you to do further appropriate online research after you have narrowed down your decisions.

USE OF GEAR - Knowing your equipment before you go out in the field is essential to good results. These articles will give a few basic tips. There is not substitute for reading your camera manual with your camera in hand.
