I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a workshop conducted by
Wanderlux Photography. By signing this Release of Liability I hereby provide release and include by my assignees, successors and heirs, to Wanderlux Photography, its officers, employees and contractors for any and all liability for injury or loss of any sort. I understand and acknowledge that engaging in outdoor photography entails various risks, including the loss of property, personal injury, and, in the worst case, death, whether from illness, accidents, events of nature, or other causes. Every reasonable effort will be taken to avoid situations that are risk prone, but it is your decision to abide by that guidance or not. Some risks include bodily injury or death while riding in or operating a water vessel, vehicle or other means of transportation, injuries or damage to equipment; and injuries or death due to hypothermia, hyperthermia, falls, venomous snakes or allergic reaction to plants or food are possible. I understand that risks of injuries are minimized by following instructions. Not all risks can be listed or predicted in advance, and none are excluded from this provision. I am fully informed or otherwise aware of, and fully assume, all risks to my person and property in connection with my participation in the Workshop. 

I further understand that I may be asked to sign releases by guides or other operators employed by the workshop.

I understand and agree that I am responsible for arranging my own health, accident and liability insurance, if so desired. I fully and forever waive and discharge, and release from liability Wanderlux Photography and its principals, employees and contractors from and for any and all demands, claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, court costs and attorney’s fees) from any cause whatsoever (including, but not limited to, travel delays, property damage and loss, bodily injuries, sickness, disease and death) directly or indirectly arising in connection with my participation in the Workshop, whether or not foreseeable or contributed to by the negligent acts or omissions of Wanderlux Photography, including its agents if any.
