Case Type 1 – Six or more indirect restorations.
Problem: The patient had 20 year-old veneers. During those 20 years, she experienced gum recession resulting in unattractive dark triangles between her upper front teeth and visible discoloration at the edge of the old veneers,
Solution: A new smile was first designed in wax and accepted by the patient. New veneers were fashioned using the design as a guide. Beautiful ceramics by an Accredited Laboratory Technician gave the patient a delightful result.
Note to other dentists: A diagnostic wax-up with approval from the patient was critical to the success of this case.
